Technical Surveillance Counter Measures

TSCM inspections aim to determine whether a company’s physical space is being surreptitiously monitored by electronic devices. Generally, commercial TSCM checks are useful for basic audio and telephone eavesdropping devices more commonly used by unscrupulous competitors, criminal elements or technically unsophisticated groups.  More sophisticated devices and techniques could be employed by some governmental or other technically advanced organizations which can defeat most commercial TSCM approaches.
